The Santa Parade Returns to Lacon!

The Lacon Chamber of Commerce is proud to bring back one of our community's most beloved holiday traditions — The Santa Parade!

📅 Saturday, December 6th, 2025
📍 Downtown Lacon, IL

Join us for a day filled with Christmas cheer, family fun, and holiday magic.

🎄 Morning Festivities

Start your morning with the Midland PTO's Breakfast With Santa
🕣 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Then bundle up and get ready for the parade!

🚂 Santa Parade Route

🕚 Parade begins at 11:30 AM

Route:

• Starts on 5th Street
• Travels down Washington Street
• Passes Lacon Rehab & Nursing Home
• Returns up Fulton to 6th Street

A route map will be shared on our Facebook page closer to the event date.

📸 Photos With Santa & Mrs. Claus

After the parade, stick around for photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus in their sleigh!

Kids can:

• 📮 Drop letters in the North Pole Mailbox
• ☕ Enjoy hot chocolate, served before and during the parade and photos

🎅 Important: Photos end at 2:00 PM sharp so Santa and Mrs. Claus can return to the North Pole to prepare for Christmas Eve!
